Apple Cider Vinegar Alleviates Morning Sickness

There are millions of beautiful aspects in pregnancy that only a mother can truly understand. Watching your belly grow day-by-day and feeling the flutter of the first kick, the miracle of pregnancy is truly awesome and joyful.


However, one downside of pregnancy is the queasiness, nausea or vomiting that many mothers encounter, or commonly known as 'morning sickness'. This uneasy feeling can strike at any time of the day and can range from mild to severe.


Apple cider vinegar is a natural remedy that may aid in calming or curing morning sickness.


TO MAKE A MORNING SICKNESS RELIEF DRINK:


2 cups water

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1/4 inch of ginger (peeled)


Sip the mixture over the course of an hour and experience relief.


Apple cider vinegar is rich in a multitude of vitamins and minerals that can improve the quality of pregnancy.

* Regulates body pH balance

* Neutralizes digestive enzymes and improves digestion

* Minimizes bouts of constipation and diarrhea that can also contribute to morning sickness
