Apple Cider Vinegar Reduces Flatulence

There are a lot of ways people describe excessive gas: flatulence, burping, belching, and bloating. However, it does not matter how you call it, being able to identify the cause of excessive gas can help you treat the uncomfortable and socially embarrassing symptoms.


Excessive gas or flatulence is a condition for which over-the-counter remedies run in the thousands. This condition can be caused by unhealthy or high fibrous food, medications such as antibiotics, swallowed air, constipation and diseases can cause excessive gas.


No matter what causes gas, apple cider vinegar can help alleviate it. By combining a diet of healthy whole foods that calm gas-producing conditions such as honey, fennel, ginger, flax, cinnamon, and pineapple with apple cider vinegar tonics that treat gas, you can experience far less flatulence. The active acids and enzymes of apple cider vinegar help to alleviate gas production and flatulence by negating the gas-producing elements and process involved.

TO MAKE A TONIC TO TREAT GAS:

1 cup water

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon peppermint extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
