Apple Cider Vinegar Helps in Digestion and Upset Tummy

Unfiltered apple cider vinegar, which contains ‘the mother’, is recommended for indigestion and upset tummy. It is full of probiotics and other beneficial bacteria which can aid in digestion, constipation and even to support immune function.


In addition, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a large glass of water daily could also help in improving stomach acid content and prevent acid reflux which typically results from having too little acid in your stomach.
